At MeisterFitness For Women, we provide small group training for women. We have a maximum of 4 women to 1 trainer at all times, except for cancellation. Training sessions are appointment based and last 1 hour. Each hour consists of 30 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of interval cardio training. In addition, we provide nutritional advice. Lastly, we keep our clients accountable. We weigh them in each week, determine body fat loss and take measurements if clients are comfortable doing so. If they are not losing according to their goals we find out why and work with them to fix it.

What will you be doing within the business?
I am the owner / manager – see answers to question 1 – that is what I do in addition to sales. MisterFitness For Women is exactly what women need - They have no reason to be intimidated (it’s a women only gym), personal training and nutritional advice all at affordable price.
Tell me about the trends in personal training. Why, in your opinion, do women need to carve out time for their health?
I believe the trend is small group personal training. It is much more affordable and just as effective. Most women spend so much time taking care of their families and they neglect themselves. Our service allows them to take 1 hour a day 2 to 3 times a week to doing something important for there physical and mental health – we tell our ladies to come to the gym and turn off their brain and just listen – if they do their results are spectacular.
Are the services only available in groups? Can you do one on one, if they want? What are the benefits of group training?
We only offer small group training. However, sometimes people cancel and it becomes a one on one training session – that is not the normal situation though.
Do you do training in a client's home or only in your studio. Currently, we only train at the studio and via zoom due to COVID-19.

WEIGHT TRAINING
Weight training is a vital part of the MeisterFitness For Women program and is absolutely necessary in building lean metabolic tissue. Using our Workout of the Day (WOD) model, your trainer will use a range of equipment such as dumbells, kettlebells and suspension training for an ever-changing (and challenging!) workout that is designed to keep you away from dreaded plateaus and keep you moving towards your goal!
